I suppose this is what happens when you don't bring Vashnu to an Ulduar raid. Let's just say that, despite the keepers are quite tall and visible, you just don't realize Mimiron isn't manning his post until you get a flashy achievement out of nowhere. To our knowledge this might be a server first of forgetting to call keepers to Yogg, so grats us!

Last Sunday we finally got that Perfect Attempt®, which allowed us to wrap up a project that had been open for far too long. Ulduar heroic cleared - about time! YOGG-SARON, THE NIGHTFALL TEAM	Archaelon, 23rd Jun 2009
When we ran out of hard modes to do this reset, we went to kill Yogg-Saron. Turns out wiping in heroic pays off when you go try the same in normal, Yogg was surprisingly easy for our seasoned wipe team and yielded with as little as two attempts. Normal Ulduar is fully cleared, time to start focusing on more hard modes as well as the Algalon project! One day later, we reopened another project abandoned too long ago - the (in)famous Nightfall zerg. Needless to say, a handful of tries and some setup tweaking was all it took for ten of our boys and girls to sport new, flashy titles.

With a few Molgeim hard mode tries, all of them miserable failures, still in fresh memory, we decided to go straight for Steelbreaker this time. I suppose we all were misguided to believe this ultimate AoI hard mode would be by far harder than anything we've done in Ulduar so far, but well. First time in P3 did the trick, Algalon questline is now opened and we practically farming half the required hard modes already - cheers to us! So! The team was busy in Ulduar 10 once again, finishing off the last of the keepers, General Vezax only a short while later, and giving us our first chance to experience Yogg-Saron. Plenty of shards to the bank, random loot is indeed random! Meanwhile we're still recruiting, especially caster dps, and are eagerly waiting for interesting applications from well-geared and capable mages, warlocks, elemental shamans and moonkins. The capital city raid took place already more than a week ago, but why not post the pic late! Silvermoon City was the last target on our list after succesfully kicking the ass of Sylvanas, Cairne and Thrall. The palace floor still wet with Lor'themar's blood, here's the team posing in front of the widely known emo fountain. Silvermoon - you just got fucked by the long dick of the law! Well, the obvious news first; the website went through a massive overhaul and was recreated with a new, lightweight and stylish layout with tons of added functionality. Browse around and stay tuned - we're not even done yet with all the features to be added! As for ingame news, we've been enjoying relaxing farming for a long while now while spicing things up by going after new hard mode achievements we haven't yet completed. Speaking of hard modes, the past week has been a major one for the team, as we first killed Patchwerk in 2 minutes and 49 seconds on our Tuesday Naxxramas wrap-up, followed swiftly by the amazing Sartharion 3D the day after. Massive kudos to the team for still today showing the very same spirit that ultimately got the Coilfang Matron kicked out of hew own party back in July 2008 - Elbow Grease® will continue to serve as a key ingredient in the upcoming conquering of Ulduar!
